Subscription and purchases requirements.

You can purchase materials at the advertised discounted rate/and or subscribe to our free material because you fit the following requirements:

You are a student enrolled in an accredited 4-year pharmaceutical program accessing this site for the purposes of helping you prepare for a fellowship or learn more about post-graduate opportunities. You also understand you will be legally held responsible if you share our material making you subject to financial penalties.
You are an authorized Rxcellence/OURxcellence or agent of this company. You have received written authorization confirming your eligibility.
You have contacted Rxcellence/OURxcellence at rxcellence.info@gmail.com and been granted special permission to utilize the site and/or resources associated with Rxcellence/OURxcellence. If you do not receive a response within 7 days permission, was not granted.

If you do not fit the requirements above you are still eligible to purchase material/ subscribe to our information at the regular rate.

Purchase of Material and Subscriptions

All content provided by Rxcellence/OURxcellence is protected under copyright law. We reserve the right to refuse any offer or purchase that we believe is illegitimate and inquire about the reason for purchase to ensure you are eligible for the pricing you are requesting. If you are unsure about your eligibility, we encourage you to contact us.

The following terms apply to all materials including The Fellowship Blueprint, The Fellowship Blueprint Beta, CV Evaluations, free Rxcellence/OURxcellence subscriptions and all other materials offered by Rxcellence/OURxcellence.
If you do not meet the requirements above, you are still able to purchase the material. In order to purchase the material at the normal rate without the student discount applied, you must contact Rxcellence/OURxcellence at rxcellence.info@gmail.com.

If you violate this agreement and purchase/subscribe material as an authorized agent, you agree to be held legally and financially responsible.
